Jeez-golly- wow!!! This diet and exercise is really working:)
Feeling great. Was a little tired during my walk w/ my buds- mostly because I got to bed last night at 11:30 pm and had trouble sleeping due to my allergies. Then, I woke up at 3:00 am as my son was leaving for Grand Junction, CO. Finally, I woke up at 5:30 am. So, I think in all I had about 4 1/2 hours sleep. I'll try to get more tonight!
I started using a Neti Pot for my sinuses and I already feel better!:)
224.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its lovely to see weight chart going down, Hope you feeling bit better soon. Its hard to sleep when you know you have to be up early. I find kids returning to school, I ever get proper sleep first 3 nights. Keep clock watching
