started off very strong..then let excuses cause me to fail. will only weigh in once a week on Thursdays. When I see a few pounds lost I give myself room to reward myself.. however I don't stop.. find myself emotionally eatting since I know longer smoke to relief stress.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
