Good Morning Dear Diary, Today is Sunday April 21, 2013
My day started at 8:00 A.M. It's a showery Morning, however it is
suppose to start clearing out later this Morning or early Afternoon.
Hey, I was so surprised with myself yesterday - I actually went out
for a 10 minute walk. I think today I'll aim for 15 minutes.
I'm spending a quiet day at home. I'll take my usual nap this Afternoon
My Low Carbing is going well. Todays weigh-in I'm at 188.6 lbs.
It's getting time for Breakfast so I'll close for the day. Until
Tomorrow Dear Diary......Marlene.
P.S. We got a surprise phone call from our friends in Kalama, Were
going to meet for Lunch on Thursday.
