OK, so the last couple days have been rough. Lethargic. Not sticking to the diet. No exercise in days really. Today is not likely6 to be much better since I am eating at Mom's and have the book club tonight which will have who knows what food. Tomorrow, though, I am back on the straight and narrow, and I am going to make great efforts to work out today, too. I think I have my weigh in tomorrow morning. I suspect I won't win this time, but maybe. We'll see how today goes, and I am gonna try not to eat until after I weigh in tomorrow morning.

MIGRAINE yesterday. (Took Relpax, it went away. Feeling better today.)

Not much else to say. Getting back on track tomorrow.
199.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
