Going to Denny's this morning with Dick. They have a Fit Fare breakfast that's under 550 calories. I'll have to check on the fat content. I think I'll skip the one with the potatoes. I don't have much luck with potatoes, flour-y items, white bread or rice - even plain wheat bread is bad for my weight.
I've started drinking a lot of milk (lactose free) and I think that's contributing to my weight gain.
I need to cut out buttered popcorn, candy, and eating more than I need.
With God, I know this is achievable.
