TGIF! Weight is holding the same, added a few calories and am maintaining. I would be happy at this weight for awhile, and then go for the next 10 pound loss... It's a gradual process and I have found, more permanent when done slowly.

Leaving for Hawaii on Monday and am looking forward to all the fresh air and sunshine. Lots of walking, swimming and terrific food! Most of all, it'll be great to see our son! ALOHA!
