Day 39

It's strange... the last couple of days have been non-stop stress, and this morning I just feel peaceful. Like I KNOW I can handle anything the world throws at me. I can't even say why, it's just a feeling. I'm glad I feel this way today. It's gray and wet and gloomy out, but it feels like sun to me!

I weigh in tomorrow! So, I'm going to cut back on the sodium today... I hate having water weight! Ha ha...
