FTR? Going to dinner with all you can eat salad bar at a restaurant that serves pizza? Could have been disasterous.

And while I totally overshot goals by a landslide with the two coffees and peanut butter egg today? I was very aware of my choices.

For day one? I'm not disappointed in myself at all.

And to write every. single. thing. down? I'm proud of myself for that. Even knowing that it meant admitting "failure".

Except it isn't failure. Because I was aware. And I was honest.

And that is total success.
