Day one. Lifestyle changes. Not a diet. No restrictions. Just awareness.

Having dealt with eating disorders in my younger years I tend to go back to the binge and purge method of losing weight or starvation.

Now that I'm in my 30's it's time to stop denying that past, stop hiding in a heavier weight, and start confronting my unhealthy self image and inability to have a "normal" relationship with food.

So in reality? I could lose 100 pounds.

For now? Let's just start at 50. If I got to 180 and maintained? I'd be a totally satisfied individual.

But even more? Being aware of eating/drinking/increased activity. Showing myself i can be healthier and being a good example for my kids ESPECIALLY my 6 year old daughter who I NEVER want to struggle the way I did. And do. Let's keep it real. This shit is never going away.
