I really ate more then planned today but according to this it was okay. Then a major downer is that my scale really is broken. So now I have to buy a new one. My husband weighed himself and it said he weight 90lbs which is impossible. So I was like Okay, I guess I'll be clueless for a minute on how much I weight and I'm okay with that. I'm going by how my clothes fit and if I can find my measuring tape I'm going to use that. I think that I also go by how i feel.
Today, It was raining, not raining acid, so I went for my normal walk/jog today. I was really happy I did, tomorrow I think its going to rain harder so I'll have to exercise inside if not then I'm going to go much further or at least a little further. Each time I go further I have to walk back further so it makes for a better workout. I also am going to start using the weights again which I have neglected.
So I guess I could get down on myself by my goal is to lose 10lbs by June is not that that far off so to keep myself motivated, I'm remembering what I felt and looked like at the pool last year.
