I think we are doing well with our portion control and watching what we eat. We have been substituting ice cream and sugary snacks for fresh fruit, yogurt, and cinnamon toast. I think it's just a matter of tricking our brains. I thought cutting out ice cream would be a lot harder, but not so far =) I think we are on the right track.
