Need to get busy witht his diet and change habits. I am excercising regularly now. Joined a trail running group and I am back up to running two to three times a week for 2-5 miles. Seeing some weight loss (by a few pounds) that would be better with greater discipline in eating habits. Biggest issue is eating out. Cheeseburgers and French fries are the enemy.
