well i have two friends here, i might as well journalize.

I can tell that I am getting in better shape, i've lost some fat, but my weight is continuing to grow.

I have been drinking gallons of water every day, and exercising 12-15 hours a week. Upper body is getting muscular. abs starting to show.

My body can change 3-5 lbs any day, based on the amount of water i eat, or if i even slightly binge. the calorie counter is helping.
