Well, I missed weighing in on Monday but finally weighed in today. Work has been crazy and there were three days last week that I didn't quite meet the water and veggie goals. Fruit seems to be easier. I need to get back to making smoothies, so easy to make and a great way to start the day :) This week is going better. Determined to stay healthy even when stress rears it's ugly head! :)
