You can @Sabrina it’s a matter of listening to your body and if you can skip a meal do it 👌🏼😋 i often skip breakfast

Keyten most times I force myself cause I won’t have time for lunch....if it was up to me I would always skip it

Hmmm...I too typically skip breakfast but only because as soon as I enter the office I'm usually barraged by ppl, lol. Guess that could b situational IF, haha.
