I WAS A BAD BAD GIRL! I HAD PIZZA AND MASHED POTATOES AND LIQUOR AND CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES AND POTATO SALAD AND A HUGE GLASS OF ICE CREAM. SO THERE. I CONFESS. AND SODA OOH YEAH SPRITE! SO THE SCALE WENT UP THREE LBS AND IT WAS SOOOO GOOD.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.7 lb a week

LOL!! You are hilarious. I can just imagine you blurting it all out and getting it off your chest. I think it is the "so there" comment that is cracking me up the most. Don't worry and beat yourself up over it. You are SO not the only one..I'm sure. You will get back on track. :-)

MY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT IS STRESISNG ME OUT. THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN DEAL WITH IT AT THIS POINT. IT'S MAKING ME OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE. AND THANKS!

Remember that anything you do in life you have to 1.WANT IT REALLY BAD 2.CHANGE YOUR MINDSET/THE WAY YOU THINK 3.BE CONSISTENT...patience is definitely the key..at least 3-6 months to see some real results... I did atkins like 12 times already until I realized that I didnt have to go that route as it was not doable for me. I wanted a quick fix and got happy every time I lost like 12lbs in 2 weeks. However, long term was a big no no. I missed all the foods I loved. I am now eating heart healthy, cut out meat and began eating fruits, veggies, tofu and healthy stuff. I realized that my taste buds have totally changed and the sight of meat gets me sick. I now eat what I want and eat everything in moderation by watching my daily caloric intake. I have chocalate chip cookies when I want, Ice cream and pizza, but I buy the smart ones and lean cuisines that way I know exactly how much calories Im eating. I also bought a juicer and have a blender that I make these delicious smoothies with and for motivation I watch you tube videos all day everyday. I started May 1st at 181.5 and today I weigh in at 169. I also bought workout dvd's and do jillian michaels 30 day shred. Girl you can do it. Buy low fat ice cream, diet soda, lean cuisine pizza...etc..My freezer is stocked with soooo many meals and my pantry with so many healthy snacks that it would be impossible for me to binge because just knowing I have them on hand makes me feel secure and also gives me willpower because when I see them in front of me I can totally ignore them....ALWAYS BE PREPARED...! YOU CAN DO IT GIRL!
