Edy's Ice Cream
Hey..I just looked in my little Atkins Carb Counter book and it says that the Edy's Triple Chocolate Ice Cream has only 7 net carbs per 1/2 cup serving but when I choose it for my snack it says it has 15...What's up with that? Which should I believe and how do I fix it on my diet calendar? Maybe I should just enter in 1/4 cup when I eat 1/2 cup?? Any suggestions?
