I had a terrible weekend of overeating cookies and pie....stuff like that. My week was ok though, and I did alot of yard work. I still can't believe I lost 2 lbs. This week and the upcoming weekend will be much better! So glad I actually lost. I almost feel guilty. The weekend was bad.....oh well. My run/walk challenge of a 5k in 30 minutes starts today. That will help.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
