Sleep - I need to get more of it. I recall studies that show that those who get enough sleep are able to more easily lose or maintain their weight. By nature and habit, I am a "night" person. I average about 5 hours of sleep. I know I need more but when I go to bed early, I just toss and turn. So, the secret maybe taking as many naps as I can throughout the day.
