I am pretty happy that Ive lost some more weight. I have stopped jogging so much but think I am going to get more serious about it again and do it thirty minutes of jogging every second day.
It will be a bit tough at first to jog for thirty minutes, but I will do three ten minute intervals with a couple minutes in between and at a 4-5 miles per hour pace.
I think that running and eating healthy and looking after myself will keep me out of trouble.
