I'm coming up on my 6 month mark of my one year goal of losing 60 pds, getting stronger and healthier. I've lost 36 pds so far and my workouts have increased in intensity. My goal for the next two months is to start training for Cross Country Skiing lessons in December and to get my weight down to 162 by then. Not going to be easy with Thanksgiving in the middle of that, but I'm going to try.
