Guess I should have skipped the peanut butter. I will cut down my cream intake (boring coffee) and Cut back on veges?

OK..so looked at your menu for today.
Looked yummy...Couple of things.
#1....Drop the peanut butter. That is not an Induction food. #2-Yea, cut down on cream a little. keep it to 4T or less per day. ...#3-I LOVE your veggies, but yea, cut back just a bit. If you substitute other kinds of cabbage like Nappa/Chines for the green cabbage you will lower the carb count. I actually mix the different types of cabbage, which gives me all the flavor, loads of nutrients and less carb count.
