I walked with the family this morning down the street 2 miles total. This evening, I went to the exercise room and walked 1.5 on the Tmill. My goal is to lose 2lbs/week. I realize in order to do this, I need to create a 100 kcal deficit per day. Lets see how well this works for me.
PS There's an upcoming 5k this saturday that I plan on running with my kids!! I'm looking forward!
