Lost around 30 pounds now just watching what (how much) I eat and doing some walking. Today I started a 6 week "program" I hatched in my mind. It's time to do something!!! Swam a half hour but most rewarding thing was seeing the people at the Y almost keel over when I came in. :)
233.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
