Saw Jillian Michael's show last night, if I was new to the weight loss community I would be very "UP" today. It was interesting to hear some dirt from her background and a brief slide show of her life. She is motivational and passionate about what she does.

Not sure what I was expecting but the best part was getting a Fridge magnet that says

UNLESS YOU PUKE, FAINT OR DIE JUST KEEP GOING!
