It's slow but steady going now. I just keep plugging away and changing up how much I exercise and when I eat.

I'm not sure what a good weight for my body frame is going to be. I still have what feels like a lot to lose(or tone) on my thighs and my butt still has quite a bit of dimples on it. Hopefully those will start to disappear with the next 20 to 30 lbs I loose.

I am thinking that I will strive to get to 220 lbs and see what that looks like on me and go from there.

Wish me luck, at this rate, it might take me another 6 months to get there.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 105.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
