Hi everyone, I'm new here to fatsecret, but am so glad to have found a place where I can communicate with other people doing atkins and low carb dieting. I've been on the atkins diet for over a year now, and have been at a plateau for about 3 months... I have tried going back into induction, it's not working. So I've decided to try the fat fast. Today is day one. And for all of you who are wondering, yes I've read the book, yes I've done the research, and yes I've tried lots of other things, as well as having my hormones and thyroid checked. I think it is truly time to give myself a kick in the rear. I've already found some great recipes on here for fat fast items, and a thread with people who are like-minded about fat fast. If anyone has any information, or wants to check out my food diary, I would love some input. Thanks so much. Oh and yes I know that my fat for today was only about 84% but I have a plan for tomorrow that should put me closer to 90%. It's a little trial and error. Thanks
