Another beautiful sunny day! I failed the H2O challenge of drinking water. I have the bottled water up front in the fridge....just need to take it out and unscrew the cap, and drink away.
Satisfied with the weight loss, and now need to maintain the present weight, but prefer to loose a few more pounds. Today, I'm wearing a pair of jeans that I haven't worn for over a year.
