woot -1lb. i guess that is good. i delivered newspapers this morning and that was enjoyable but i was in a rush so i had to walk really fast. other than that and my push up challenge i dont really excercise on sundays that much. sunday= my relax day.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
