wow am i suprised that i didnt gain like 50 million lbs since i last checked in. sorry it has been so long but i was so so sooo busy that i just didnt have time. and + my brother was spying on me and i thought it would be best to just lay low for a little. im glad to be back and happy that i didnt gain any weight in the last month or so.
i think that it is time to get back on my regular schedule. i let go of my schedule for my birthday and it was a little bit hard to get back on it but i am working hard again.
push up challenge: week 2 day 1
(( i restarted with week 2 because i felt that i wasnt seeing enough progress and i needed to work on my form and do the push ups correctly instead of rushing through the whole thing))
