I know 5 lbs is good for a week, but I am a little disappointed. I lost this three days in and I was hoping to lose a little more by the end of the week. Still that is a sack of flour I am not carrying around any more :) Looking forward to the new week.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are awesome! 5 lbs is great! I'm proud of you. You're probably retaining some water from the 1200mg cheese you ate..holy cow :-) Just sweat it out with some good exercise and you'll see another scale drop!!!
