Good Saturday morning April 6th 2013.. The weekends are hard!!! I'm at home ALONE with the fridge..lol It seems like the weekdays are so much easier with a structured break and lunch time.. wish me luck this weekend ;)

I accidentally recorded my new weight at 179lbs. when it is actually 174lbs. *shrug* couldn't figure out how to edit it so I'll leave it for now..

I've began to introduce a protein shake to my daytime meals since my only real protien intake is at dinner time.. I have noticed a big difference in how I feel as well as a couple of extra pounds dropped. I have such a long journey ahead of me that it sometimes feels daunting, but so far I haven't lost my willpower or my drive to succeed. last week I introduced the "Insanity" work out videos.. I only did it 3 times last week and you are supposed to do it everyday.. but it seemed like time was working against me..Not sure how I can rectify that, so when I get off of here this morning I'm headed to the dvd player and am pushing play on Insanity again ;)..
