I looked at your calendar..... yep, you messed it up. Guess what? the three days before it were great. Today's gone, forget it. Tomorrow is the challenge. A helper hint: Think ahead. Check carb counts on fast food in your area. Find the lowest carb count for each place. If you can't remember them, write them down, keep them close. That way, no matter what comes around you can be ready. Most fast food has salad, but they are not always carb friendly!! McDonald's will happily grill you a special order. Hamburger patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion mayo and/or mustard (skip pickles and NO catsup and absolutely no SECRET Sauce) and ask for it in a box, they will serve it with a knife and fork. MOST fast food places are happy to accomodate if you ask nicely!
