WELL AS YOU CAN SEE I HAVE APPARENTLY PUT ON 12LBS IN 10 DAYS AND THIS IS EVEN WITH DIET AND EXCERCISE! HMMM, NOT SURE WHAT TO THINK ABOUT THIS...BUT ONWARDS AND UPWARDS, I'LL GO IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AT SOME POINT! GOOD NEWS IS THAT I WAS ABLE TO GO TO MY FIRST WW MEETING LAST NIGHT AND NOW HAVE THE FOOD GUIDE SO CAN GET TO IT FOR REAL! X
162.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
