Ok,well, although I have been dieting for about a week.....its not been all that strict,
i've just had hardly any bread, no sweets, crisps or chocolate, no pasta or potatoes....
so it has been a lifestyle change, but i've sure made up for it by eating lots of other things....
healthy but lots and lots so still up on cals....
but after making the decision yesterday to do Weightwatchers...here I am and starting it today...bring it on!!! ;-)
