I am focusing on the process, not the progress. I know that if I am faithful to the process and don't deceive myself, that I will lose weight. I have been on this weight loss journey the majority of my life and have learned a lot through my successes and failures. I am using everything I have along with seeking God to guide me through this new process, so I can overcome my food addiction once and for all. I know that this is a life-long life style change and I am ready to commit myself to this change in order to be healthy.
