My Challenge ended two weeks ago, but i have still been following the format. it works for me and It keeps me accountable. I have 9 pounds to go to reach my goal and weight loss has slowed. It takes time for the body to adjust. I figure I was 40 pounds overweight for over 20 years, my body needs time to adjust. I am very happy with the results. Thankfully, my mind has adjusted. Being A-type, OCD, anorexic, bulimic and obsessed with dieting wreaked havoc on my body and mind over the years...I would say I am 90% "normal" now, I do have periods of panic or doubt, but I do not binge or restrict severely. PHEW! I am OK! I have found that working out has become my cornerstone...I breathe deeper, I sleep sounder and am getting stronger in so many different areas. Exercise is the magic pill that everyone is so desperately searching for!
