working out 3-4 times per day 1.5 hrs watching my calorie count about 1500 a day but burning 500 on workout days.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
