I weighed myself early today. Was supposed to wait until Sunday, but I was curious. My jeans don't fit any better yet, but I feel lighter. So I wanted to see. Not exactly what I was hoping to see, but then again I've only been on this diet for 3 days (and not very strictly). I do fine during the day, but then get a snack attack after dinner. I don't necessary want dessert, just something else even though I'm not really hungry.
