It's Thursday! And yeah I have back to back appointments at the doctors which I am not too thrilled about at all. Oh well has to be done apparently! Anyways yesterday did not go quite as planned. Got into a few hiccups along the way.so needless to say the list was not completed, it's all good though because I can just roll it over to today. (maybe) lol Food wise I did not make the best choices at all! Then I have had this stupid weird cravings for blueberries a fruit that I do not even really like a whole lot. So I am thinking that I may go buy a small bag of frozen ones. Since spring is in the air it maybe time to make some shakes. I don't know!!! Guess I'll need to wait and see.

Oh well, at least you can go to the doctor. I still gotta wait a while longer. Sorry there were hiccups. Frozen blueberries... yum. I like berries in general, I guess, though. Antioxidants. Have a good day Pam!

I eat and ounce or 2 of blueberries every morning after my omlet. Love them. Sorry about the hiccups and good luck at the dr.
