Today I started. It seems like its going to be very hard because of school. I have class right in the morning, midday and then in late afternoon. I should have maybe postponed this but I don't think that I cant wait anymore. Its getting to the point were I can't fit in a size 8. even at this size I have a muffin top. I cant do this anymore. I think its affecting me. Geo, my boyfriend of 5 years has told me many times he loves me no matter what and that I am not "fat" I feel different. In high school it was harder to shop because I could not find anything that fit but it was because I was so tiny. I always found jeans that I love but I couldn't wear them because I was a size 0. Keep in mind that I am only 4'11 so a size 0-3 is pretty healthy for my height. Now being close to a size 10 is not healthy for a girl my height. I am hoping to graduate college in the spring of 2014. I have more than a year till that day. I want to reach both goals in a healthy way. I need to get my grades up and be able to concentrate in class and being busy with school its going to make it difficult to focus on my weigh loss goal. I think this site might be helpful so lets see what happens. We shall see how long it takes me to reach that point and if i can stay there.

Losing weight is hard and being overweight is hard. You just have to choose your "hard." There is always going to be something to come up and get in the way of your diet, so starting now is wise. If you go to school, get a cooler with an ice pack and put what you need in there for the day, so you have things ready when you are hungry. Good luck!
