Glad to know you're better. I not only neglected myself by not taking meds and eating anyway I felt like it, I gained 15 lbs after losing 50. I'm so upset with myself. So I have a challenge for us: no bread for 30 days. AAAAAHHHH!!!!! I love bread. I am just finishing a challenge of no soda for 3 mos. That was fine, but I substituted other sugary drinks, so I don't know what good that did me.
The last time I gave up bread, I lost quite a bit of weight in a short time. I am going to try again. Maybe if we work together we'll be able to do better. I think one of my problems is I try to do too much all at once and I just need to take one thing at a time. So I'm going to try the bread thing for now, add it to the soda pop thing, and see where I go from here. Thankfully I've only gained 15 lbs and not the whole 50. :-) Hang in there, my friend.
