Danielle and I just got back from a workout class. It was a good workout to keep us moving, but it definitely wasn't as intense as I had hoped. At least we went, and now I have motivation to continue going to classes. Had a Pineapple/Banana smoothie this morning with the Chia Seeds... it's holding me over! I don't think I'll crave anything for a little while especially after the workout.

I know as much as I didn't like that other lady, she totally pushed me! It was intense! This just kept us moving I guess! I was sweaty but I doubt ill be sore

Seriously! That resistance band exercise was like "omg I need a break" but I didn't want it, I wanted to be sore in that area!
