Well it has been a while...6 months or close enough. I got discouraged when I started putting weight back on with the holidays and then since the holidays have been unable to maintain any weight lose. I seem to be stuck in a 10 pound range that I can't get out of and it has become quite frustrating.
Plan of action: I'm going to keep better track of what and when I eat and with the warmer weather I can get outside more often and that will help to increase my exercise levels (if only the knee would quit hurting I could do more cardio).
Not sure if that will do everything I want it to but I figure it is a good place to start.
