Woooooooo, roller coaster! Up and down, up and down. I know it's always like this for me. Regularly, any day. For 23 years it fluctuated 5 pounds in a day. I guess that's just normal for me. It's when it went to 10 pounds I should have done something. Oh wait, I did. I quit looking!! lmao... goofy girl.
Just remember to look at the overall. LOOK, weigh, measure, exercise. Lazy does it :) Punny girl.....
I am full of myself this morning!!! I know how to deflate that..."Have you done your income tax?".... Okay okay, I'm going to finish it today!

*remembered that Atkins requires water, probably accounts for the weight change*
171.4 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
