I work in the medical field, and have access to the scales at my clinics. I don't know what to do today. I am part of challenge to track everything every day, but here's the problem. Today I'm at an office I'm normally not at, and I weighed myself. According to this scale I am now 234 pounds. I highly doubt I lost 17ish pounds last night. I did do yoga for the first time in years, but I didn't think it was magic yoga. I'm going to track it but I have a feeling tomorrow I'll have a 17 pound weight gain. Just a hunch.
