Happy to a see a weight loss at the scale this week. I'm tried to do some pre-planning for Easter....I weigh in at Weight Watchers on Mondays, so we will see what tomorrow brings. I adapted some of my reciepes and made some simple swaps like light butter in place of the high test butter and skim milk in lieu of half in half for the mashed potatoes....and they came out great and the kids didn't even notice :) I opted to skip my traditional pineapple stuffing as Kevin and I are the only ones who eat it. While I do love it, it's not healthy in the least and I honestly didn't miss it today. I finally tried spaghetti squash this week and discovered I LOVE it. Today, I roasted it with light butter, garlic and salt and pepper. After it was done, I tossed it with grated Parmesean cheese. It was awesome and even the kids liked it. It's my new favorite veggie. For dessert, I made a from scratch pineapple upside down cake. I did sub in whole wheat flour and I used fat free buttermilk, but kept everything else the same...after all, it is Easter. I may pay for it tomorrow....I tried not to over eat, but I was lax in actually measuring. But other than today, I did we'll with sticking to the plan. I walked 2 miles twice (need to increase that) and got in 10,000 + steps most days.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
