I've lost 2 lbs over 3 weeks. Ok I havent been doing too bad but I've missed 2 weeks of weigh in's and haven't been working out. I lost my scale and haven't had the time or money to go out and pick up a new one. I just started a new job promotion and my weak will power is caving into stress eating which I really need to get under control.
Alright, enough with my excuses, it's time for me to get my butt back on track and lose that last 50 lbs (or so). I have a few trips/parties/showers that I need to focus on and control myself!
I'd like to thank my fellow 50 lb weight loss challenge goers for helping me stay somewhat on track and at least motivating me to get my butt in gear!!
I know I can get healthy again!!
Oh and one more confession..I've discovered I'm a bit lactose intolerate so I have to be extra careful about what I'm eating now!!
