Gisteren shake, broodje kip curry, frieten cervelaatworst curryworst speciaal, rond 13:44 in bed
Vanmorgend rond 6:30u opgestaan
209.0 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
