Dear Journal: Was not so careful today, but still managed not to "give up" altogether. It was the popcorn in the movie that put me over the edge, and at Italian restaurant ordered a salad but tasted garlic bread, and I'm sure had too much dressing, a definite no-no. All in all I finished 1 week at about 1300 calories per day average, so I am pleased.....Have to cut out the McDonald's ice cream cones to, I suppose, since I have been having them all week and am becoming addicted. This week coming up I will be involved in the BEACH challenge, so I will try to make better choices of foods in my calorie range.......

1598 kcal Fat: 76.04g | Prot: 88.34g | Carb: 161.70g.   Breakfast: fruit, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , oatmeal dry 1/2 cup (net carbs) , oatmeal dry 1/2 cup (net carbs) . Lunch: 100% whole wheat bread, 100% whole wheat bread, ham. Dinner: garlic bread, cheese, gorgonzola cheese, salad dressing, mussels. Snacks/Other: Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved) , Swiss cheese. more...
